About Shamanic Hypnotherapy
My practice is a place to go to work on yourself, to make improvements and receive upgrades at a deep and profound level.
With the aid of Hypnotherapy, I will help you guide yourself to your own inner resources to find the solutions that are just right for you. Our unconscious mind is always working for our own highest good. With your own inner knowing, you can overcome:

Emotional trauma and pain,
Physical pain,
Anxiety and stress.
Shamanism is an ancient healing tradition and a way of life. It is a universal spiritual wisdom that is inherent to all indigenous tribes known to our time. I humbly weave in my experience and embodiment of shamanism into this “Shamanic Hypnotherapy” work, with the intention to connect your experience with Spirit.

I consider myself a guide more than a healer. The most profound healer you can meet lives within you. However, I am humbled to share my learnings, gifts and tools with you to help you unlock your highest potential.
I hold certificates in both Modern Hypnosis and Clinical Hypnotic Sciences, Level 1 & 2 Ashati Energy Attunement, and have embarked on Advanced Studies into Shamanic Practice and Somatic Healing.
I have a long and rich journey with Yoga, Spirituality and Shamanism which have become organically interwoven with my presentation of Hypnotherapy.
I am no stranger to the human experience of Trauma, having experienced physical and emotional challenges throughout my early childhood and adult life. I am patient and compassionate, and will intuitively choose to work with you in a way that honours your past yet accelerates your transformation into your future/ highest self.
